A nod to one of our favourite four-legged friends from the big screen, ‘Chopper’ is a crispy 6.5% West Coast IPA with bright citrus mixed with classic pine and dank notes. Lean malt, firm bitterness and a resinous finish keeps it refreshing and ‘vicious’ enough to chase down any pesky junkyard intruders. Chopper, sick balls.

Nose shows grassy hops, pine, resinous hops. Gentle clean malt after.
Flavours include heavy pine and resinous hops, with a faint super-clean malt backing afterwards. The hops are definitely the main show, a true west coast style. Finishes with an assertive piny bitterness.

Can. Clear golden amber, 2cm white head. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, lime, breadcrust, pine. Moderately sweet with plainish breadcrusty malt, lots of citrus before a piney and properly bitter finish. Pretty good.
