This quadruple was brewed with select malts to bring forward dark dried fruit and caramel characters, whilst donning a deep red hue. Fermented with Belgian yeast to express further complexity before being finished in freshly emptied Oloroso Irish Whiskey Casks.

Bottle. Color: Dark ruby, thin beige head. Aroma: Dark dried fruit, Bourbon. Taste: Dark dried fruit like fig, plum and raisins. Combined with boozy Bourbon notes. Medium sweet, over moderate bitterness. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. Bit sticky mouthfeel. Nice.
