Hazy amber color, steady off-white head. Pine, caramel malt, very West Coast in the aroma. Medium-bodied. Semi-sweet with caramel malt and piney hops. The malty sweetness overwhelms the hop character a bit too much on the palate. But okay.

A murky and amber beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has pine, green herbs, some fruitness. Taste has pine, herbs, some bitterness. Medium bodied. More fruitness and less herbs would be nice.

Straight from can during a hike, at De Sysselt. Aroma: Floral hop. Taste: Floral hop, spicy hop, hints of citrus fruit. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium going to over medium bitterness without getting harsh. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Malty base, some bread. Nice 'old skool' West Coast IPA.
