This Women’s History Month, we’re raising a glass to the powerhouse women behind Foam Fairy, a hoppy pale ale brewed by Chicago Beverage Systems & Half Acre. And the best part? We’re the only spot in Chicago pouring it. Cheers to making history—one pint at a time.

Weird how things in life that you find disgusting can seem to be quite good in beer. Anyway, aromas are sweat, resin, citrus, malt and hints of MJ. Flavors are similar to nose with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Body is a bit thin. Okay carbonation.

From Good Times Oakland, canned February 11th.
Pours nice clear pale gold with a finger of foam, retention and lacing are excellent.
The smell is hoppy, grassy, grapefruit, piney.
The taste is the above in pretty much that order, finish is weird. From hoppy to a grainy flavour that I don't like. Maybe it's just me?
Good enough mouthfeel, I would not drink this again unless another sampling removes the weird finish that I get.
