We spared no expense bringing this classic Amber Ale back from extinction. Encased in amber hues, this ale reveals roasty malt character preserved like ancient DNA, balanced with an aroma of English hops, East Kent Goldings and Northern Brewer.
This was our first beer brewed at our new Arabia, Helsinki location. Life (and yeast), uh.. finds a way.

20cl draft @ Tired Uncle taproom.
Ambre, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un agréable bouquet grillé/caramel, un peu toasté voire un rappel à une note de root beer. Herbacé en support des notes maltées - toasté.
Palais sur une belle base maltée - grillé et caramel rehaussé par une belle balance houblonnée et une sécheresse de bourgeon de pin en support - effet houblon East Kent assez correct - un peu terreux.

(Keg at CoolHead Taproom, 20260324) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had toasted malts, caramel, earth and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, earth, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste had toasted malts and bitterness. Too heavy on caramel malts. Nice bitterness.

Mild smell of caramel malt. Copper colour, off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, grass, biscuits. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Medium carbon.
