Pinkish and opaque. Thin head. Aroma is everything wrong with blackcurrant and citra. I never knew I wanted onion, yeast and vague blackcurrant in an aroma before tonight. Soft and creamy body, quite yeasty tasting. Moderate carbonation but that actually works here because there's some sweetness on the palate, not as much yeastiness as on the aroma, and the fruit is also downplayed. The bastard cousin of Ephemere Cassis.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pink orange with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, black currant, Belgian yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy wheat malt, black currant, grapefruit, Belgian yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

473mL can. Pours a hazy rose colour with a white head. Nose is dominated by the Belgian yeast with some herbal allium and tart fruitiness. Flavour has a pretty decent saison yeast character, herbal/grassy allium, and some light tartness from the currants. Not a masterpiece, but certainly drinkable.
