Klimawandel ("Climate Change") is a continental pilsner.
Weyermann Pilsner malt, German malt, German Hallertau Mittelfrüh (3.6% AA) and French Strisselspalt (2.4% AA) hops, and Czech yeast come together in this 4.9% ABV traditional pilsner steeped in the brewing heritage of Central Europe.
The malt profile is clean with a distinctly German character. The hop expression shines with classic noble notes of dried grass, nettle, lemongrass, and subtle spice.

Definitely ranks above climate change. Mild grainy sweetness with a touch of lemon candy and freshen cut grass, and a firm floral bitterness on the finish. Nice pils.
