Keg at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. It pours darkest brown to black with a bubbly beige head. The aroma is rather lovely... rich and intoxicating, lovely booze soaked oak, vanilla, dark and dried fruits, fruit cake, black bun, fruity rum really shines through, touch jammy, dark fruits and cola cubes. The taste is very smooth, rich and indulgent, sweet but also quite tangy, raisin, sultana, fig, prune, date, dark roasted malt, slightly charred, touch of tannin, mellow umami, vanilla, bourbon, rum soaked oak, well hidden alcohol, super jammy, raspberry pip and toasted pink marshmallow with a smooth, fruity finale. Fulsome body (but not super heavy), fine+ carbonation and slightly smooth, oily mouth feel. Really nice balance to it. The tangy rum fruit character saves it from being too sweet to heavy.
