Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma very flora with light fruits, some grass, a touch of funk and a bit of graham cracker. Flavor has more grass with a touch of bitter citrus with grass and light funk underlying.

At the source: pours a pale yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is very mild... Light brettiness and some flowers. Taste is bitter brett and flowers. Sweet finish coupled with the yeast. Way better on taste than on the aroma. Not bad.

On draft at Bluejacket in DC. Pours a clear gold with a thick white head. Banana nose. Flavors of coriander, herbs and bubblegum. Slight tart finish. Pretty decent saison.

750ml. Hazy unfiltered orange-tan. Creamy white head. High temp funky yeast flavors. A hint of butter inside the big saison yeast. Nice body, carbonation. I can’t get over the buttery tones, but otherwise it is well crafted. Solid in a lot of aspects, it just doesn’t nail it for me. OK.

4 oz draft pour shared by solidfunk at Bluejacket during Travlr’s 10k celebration. Yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, spices, citrus, crisp notes. Tastes of citrus, crisp notes, spice, herbs. Medium body with a dry finish.
