[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A dark amber coloured pour with a beige rim; malty aroma; oily in the mouth with a sweet nutty malt taste; and a dry burnt caramel finish.Rather austere and uninviting.

Deep chestnut brown with tinge of red, a frothy / creamy off-white head and a berry fruit aroma. Smooth and creamy, sweet fruit malt with berry notes, finishes dry and bittersweet.
