Can from Against The Grain. Clear golden body with a few flecks beneath a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, grass and shortbread. Flavour of cracker, white bread and grass. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Crisp and nourishing.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 31/03/2026.
Clear golden, carbonation evident, topped with a lasting white head - looks the business!
Nose is pale and bready malts, straw, faint honey, herb, toasted grains.
Taste comprises bread dough, light floral notes, grass, mellow fruit esters, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid thirst quenching pils.

Keg at SMOD Tap Room - Clear gold, massive head. Flavour is quite malty sweet. Light bodied. A hint of bitter in the finish. A bit more syrupy and fuller in the body than other SMOD lagered efforts. This is a wee bit different.
