A ‘misty’ amber colored refreshing American pale ale hopped with Centennial for bittering/flavor, and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe for a unique aroma. There is a lot of complex flavor and aroma going on with hops at play.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: amber color with a two finger off white frothy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: some piney & mixed citrusy hops with a light caramel/toffee malt backbone (some cleanliness but also seemed a little bit of dirtiness to the malts)
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet quality; finishes some of citrusy tones but with a tad of dirty malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some earthy grit in there
Overall: this one needs some work, I know it's an old school APA but they need to clean up those malts
