A ‘misty’ amber colored refreshing American pale ale hopped with Centennial for bittering/flavor, and dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe for a unique aroma. There is a lot of complex flavor and aroma going on with hops at play.

16oz can poured to a glass, light haze over a burnt amber body, some rocky white head. Nose is fine. This is fine beer. Mint and herbs on the nose, some light citrus zest, grass, light malt. Approachable. Flavors all follow, solid malt base, some dried grass and herbs, light citrus - mostly lime, some mint. Just off dry. Easy to drink.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: amber color with a two finger off white frothy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: some piney & mixed citrusy hops with a light caramel/toffee malt backbone (some cleanliness but also seemed a little bit of dirtiness to the malts)
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet quality; finishes some of citrusy tones but with a tad of dirty malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some earthy grit in there
Overall: this one needs some work, I know it's an old school APA but they need to clean up those malts
