Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 17th March 2026. Thickly hazy amber with shallow off-white foam affording pattern lacing. Sweet tropical and ripe berry fruits in aroma. A few spices. Citrusy and quite acidic in-mouth with lemon juice and just the suggestion of vinegar. A dairy transient of ‘school milk’. Finish is citrusy and pungent. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.
