Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of softly sour dusty pepper. Taste is bretty, peppery, well balanced, lightly spiced. Delicious.

12oz glass at the brewery pours a clear gold with some lacing white head. Aroma is mild for a triple, candy, tropical fruit, dried citrus peel, mild pepper. Flavor has more candy, some white grape, pineapple, some soap, a little clove. Full bodied. Could have used more bretty-ness.

Second of these tripels with bretta I’ve had recently, and it’s a trend I could definitely get used to. Bretta balances very well with coriander notes and floral yeast. Alcohol well hidden. Nice package, well-balanced. Pours cloudy golden with good head and lacing. Tap at brewpub.
