Would never guess dunkeweizen, which isn't surprising if the wild yeast and bacteria has covered up the weizen yeast. Extremely fruity, otherwise, to the point where I thought it had raspberries added. Quite oaky and there is a touch of acetic here, though it's far from problematic. Seemingly good malt base (white bread, honey, cookie) to balance.
Very watery with low carbonation, nearing still. But still a chewy, wheat-heavy texture that is neither over-attenuated or sweet. Very good mix of lacto, Brett, acetic with lactic and Brett being far more prominent. Excellent mix of acids and good balance, though not very funky, which is the one way this could be elevated. But a very competent and drinkable American wild ale that avoids the usual harsh/heavy acidity of the style.
