Cask at Amory's, 6/17/26.
Rich, rich cereal full of warm wheat, deep honey and intense baguette. Just enough spicy hop on the finish to gently balance. Bit of caramel apple and light cellar-like mineral.
Soft and rich with big caramelized honey, fresh baguette and a touch of floral and herbal hop. Just enough crusty grain, attenuation and hop to keep it balanced and drinkable on the finish. Would like a touch more expressive/wacky yeast but that's not really expected.
