Draught at the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is anise, flowers, slight funk. Taste is sour and anise. A bit too anise... ok.

Draft at the source. Hazy very pale yellow color. Aroma of herbal light mint and absinthe. Taste is herbsl straw. Strange.

Pours a clear straw yellow with a ring of white head. Smells weird, sort of like chartreuse, lots of cooked vegetables, some absinthe, heavy carraway seed. Flavor has some lime notes and lemon notes but then loads of rye bread and carraway seeds. Oily finish. Strange.

A different kind of beast. Pours golden without OK head and lacing. Tangy and strange, I guess its the vermouth. Finishes pretty sour. Tap at brewpub.
