Nice and herbal but not too intensely hopped. Makes room for yeast and malt, leaving white bread and honey in its wake. Some mineral, perhaps not quite as crisp as some on the finish.
Rich malt with honey-like character and a bit thick of a texture. But clean, bready and herbal without overdone bitterness. Satisfying and clean if a bit big and burly.
