Juice House is a project that takes our theories from past experimental yeast blends (Rumination 8, Rumination 13, etc) and expands upon the concept to test a few of our favorite juicy yeast strains. It was actually the first recipe we brewed on our pilot system.. We weren’t expecting the results to be this good, however - and the yeast blend became a staple! A few classic American hops blend together to create a beautiful and symbiotic hop forward IPA with a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoy!

16 oz. can from the brewery. Aroma and flavor are a match. Mild hints of tropical fruit and subtle bready malt. Some crystal / caramel like malt background. A bit thin in texture and body. But decent in flavor.
