Pivo jsme vařili s kluky z pivovaru MadCat a je to West Coast IPA dělaná tak, jak jí máme rádi. S výraznou hořkostí, krásně čirou zlatavou barvou a suchou dochutí. Hlavní hvězdou jsou tu ale chmely, tentokrát americká klasika - Chinook, Centennial, Citra a Simcoe. Odkvašené je to pak novinkou od @lallemandbrewing - kvasnicemi House Ale.
Na chuti je to pak to pravé rodeo plné ovocných a pryskyřičných tónů. 🍊🍑🌲🥭

Tap at KMP. Lightly hazy yellow-golden body, off-white head. Smooth light resinous hoppy aroma. Smooth sweetish resinous taste as well, some berries, medium to low bitterness, almost sugary slightly, but kinda works!

# 4954; 4/2026. Candy, citrus, fruity aroma. Murky yellow body, white head. Juicy, fruity, pineapple, mango. Medium body; softer carbonation. Sweeter and fruity IPA. 0,3 l, draught, craft beer bar (Pivní lok), Eger (Egerland, CZ).

Thinnish bod, highish carbo. High bitter, light sweet. Malt in backg, mostly hoppy. Lots of classic citrusy, med piney, light tropical, grassy hops char. Pretty good, does what it sets out to do.
