Can from Beer Republic. Black with a small dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and mple syrup. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Oily and soft. 040726

16 oz. can. Pitch black liquid with fast dying tan head.
Aroma is bold coffee with maple. Both follow into the flavor with some chocolate malts. Hints of molasses. Body is full with a smooth, thick consistency over the mouth. Dessert stout without question. Very tasty.
