Cette double NEIPA brassée avec les houblons Riwaka, Mosaic et Nectaron focalise sur des arômes de fruits tropicaux et de pêche avec des notes de melons et de baies. Cette grande concentration de saveurs s’amalgame à merveille avec le mélange de malts pâles utilisé pour les accentuer.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a big frothy whitish head, good retention and full sticky-foamy lacing. Aromas of grassy, boozy, even farm-funk at first, with the peach-melon fruitiness coming at a later date. Flavours are a blend of citrus, stone fruits, a tad honey with the melon calming things down. A creamyish mouthfeel with decent building dryness in the finish. Some mild citrusy zestiness lingers. A good Double NEIPA that is juice-creamy, but with a touch less on the typical citrus, and more stone fruits-melons.
