Bottle at Max’s Belgian fest, sour day, courtesy of the Brooklyn rep, thanks very much! Hazy reddish amber color. Aroma of sweet and sour woody, oaky cherries. Taste is softly sour fruit. Almost an oude bruin. Very tasty.

2 ounce bottle pour at SAVOR’s Friday night session, poured by Garett Oliver himself. Poured a pretty dark ruby brown color with an off-white head. Aroma was some tart cherry skins, pitted/stone fruits, mostly cherry - vinegar character. Flavor was tart cherries. Vinous notes.

Bottle @ Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Light hazy reddish brown liquid with small to medium light brown head. Aroma of wood, lacto, almonds, cherry, chocolate, bread and apples. Some booze. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with notes of wood, bread, lacto and cherries. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really quite nice.
