Cold IPA postavená na americkém chmelu Mosaic ze sklizně ‘25, který jsme použili v cryo podobě i ve formě klasických pelet T90. Spodně dosucha prokvašené a křišťálově čisté pivo, které nechává Mosaic naplno zazářit. Vůně nabízí kombinaci tropických a citrusových tónů s jemnou pryskyřičnou linkou. V chuti je pivo komplexně chmelové a elegantně hořké.

Cold IPA built around the American hop Mosaic from the ’25 harvest, used both in cryo form and as classic T90 pellets. Bottom-fermented, fully attenuated and crystal clear beer that lets Mosaic fully shine. The aroma offers a mix of tropical and citrus notes with a gentle resinous edge. On the palate the beer is intensely hop-forward with an elegant bitterness.

500ml Can - Golden yellow. Blueberries, grapefruit and passion fruit in the aroma. Hoppy dry and slightly earthy taste with notes of grapefruit, blueberries and lemon.

Tap at Lya. Clear golden body, off-white head. Grapefruit, a bit of maltiness and herbal notes in the aroma, lovely. Dry, sweetish taste, some clean maltness. Light grapefruit and herbal notes, leaning slightly on vegetal but just about avoiding falling on that side. Nice enough!

Thin bod, a bit watery, but works. Med-light carbo. Highish bitter, low sweet. Background malt. Pretty assrrtive dank hoppiness, med grassy. A bit different dankness to classic Mosaic tho, more weedy, less garlicy. Light tropical fruitiness. Easy d. Nice.
