Triangular Swiss Chocolate Tiramisu Imperial Stout

Inspired by the iconic triangular Swiss chocolate you find in airport duty-free or tucked into Christmas stockings, this indulgent stout leans fully into dessert territory. Rich chocolate layers meet smooth coffee and creamy tiramisu notes, creating a decadent, velvety drinking experience. The recipe itself came from an unexpected place.

21/5/2026. KeyKeg at The 2026 Cambridge Beer Festival. Taster. Bit too early for a third. They have this under Vault City at this festival. Deliciously luxurious. Chocolate, jammy, sweetness. Really good. Need to come back to this later.

330ml can as a gift - Deep brown body with a thick tan head. Sweet chocolate nose, kind of honeyed, some very sweet mocha coffee notes. Really lush boozy drink, loads of fun, and as always very fucking dangerous.

330ml can.  Pours very dark brown with a small head.  Aroma is dark and milk chocolate, oily coffee and almond.  Taste has milk chocolate throughout with a little almond on the finish.
