Like that one time in Munich, the night before Oktoberfest, where we drank 4 liters of this style of Lagerbier and then have spent the last 8 years trying to perfect that beer since! I’ll take that please. But what about the beer? Well, we’re getting closer and closer with each brew of it, using all German grown ingredients, slow natural carbonation methods, and lots and lots of patience. Think of this beer as a bigger Helles lager and a perfect reminder that it’s time to take that trip again soon.
