Raisin Blanc Tilquin (7.0%) was obtained by blending white grape lambics (Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer) with 20% of Meerts (a 1 year old lambic lower in abv). The blend was then refermented and matured in keg for 1 year.

Tilquin - Raisin Blanc Tilquin 7%
Pretty cloudy dark yellow to orange beer, creamy dense white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of brett, funky, earthy, woody, peppery notes, grapefruit, complex and pleasant smell! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very sourish, dry, funky, a bit earthy, mineral, peaches, apricots, some unripe plums. Aftertaste: peppery, sourish, lime and lemon juice, acidic, dry, fruity notes, pleasant!

Dorée/pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur une fine base citrique - pas mal d'effluves de fruits blancs et un retour de lambic en support - funk, cellier/cave. Certaine note agrumes assez dominante.
Palais reste assez sec avec un bon marqueur des lambics - effervescence un peu trop haute pour moi. Apport des différents raisins offre un côté fruité ver sles agrumes - citron vert, groseille verte.
