A smooth and creamy malt base with beautifully delicate and balanced flavour. Amber in colour with refreshing citrus qualities of hops and the rich malt help to create a beer for all seasons, best served cold.

[50cl bottle bought at Waddesdon Manor, Buckinghamshire.] A bright amber pour; well carbonated, with a fast fading off-white head; caramel malt aroma; rich malty taste with some orchard fruit and a touch of farmyard; then a sweet finish with some tart apple. A decent farmhouse style ale.
