Bottle shared with membership group. Opaque black with nice viscosity. Aroma is strong, balanced bourbon, cherry, vanilla, base malts, oak. Taste is strong bourbon, cherry, vanilla, late earthy malts. Smooth, silky, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with pleasant alcohol warmth but no other sign of alcohol. Good strength with exceptional balance and what a delightful, mellow, sipper! Awesome.

500 ml bottle from our membership. #140/840. Aroma is soft cherry, pit fruit, oak. Flavor follows with a touch of vanilla from oak, with very subtle characteristics. Mild cherry, soft oak, mild roasted malt backbone drop. The fruit hint is surprisingly bold yet, balanced. DAMN!
