Sugar kelp and pepper dukes infuses this cider with the fresh aromatic taste of waves breaking at the cliffs of Scotland’s rough coast. The apples in this were harvested by hand from the Scottish walled gardens of the North East. Made using the keeving process and traditional method.

750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026 (with a strand of seaweed visible inside the bottle!). Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of seaweed, apple. Taste is tangy, seaweedy, appley, with some tartness & acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, drying seaweedy finish. Interesting, Quite drinkable.
