750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026. Golden colour with afew bubbles on top and aroma of perry pear, flowery. Taste is sweet, perry pears, floral, zesty, citric note, tangy, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, sweetish peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
