750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026. Yellowy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma is apply & pear. Taste is tangy, tart, appley & peary, with alittle funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
