750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026. Amber gold colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of apple, fruits. Taste is drying appley, tangy, fruity, funky hint, with some tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
