Our acclaimed collaborative Keller Pils with Russian River is back! Originally created in 2016 as a blend of Pivo Pils and Russian River STS Pils, Stivo made its debut at the FWIBF. After brewing in Paso, we moved production to Venice in 2022 and put it in cans. This batch honors the original recipe but features new tweaks, like the addition of Dingemans Pilsen malt and Abstrax Aramis Cryo hop extract, reflecting changes in Russian River’s approach. While these updates are subtle, the beer still stays true to its roots, continuing the spirit of collaboration. Batch #4
