Big brown head. Deep dark reddish brown body. Fruity dusty mineraly aroma with earthy notes. Odd, unusual. Roasty earthy taste with juniper notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish roasty earthy aftertaste with mineraly notes. Lingering toasty notes. (0.5l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Subtle caramel in the nose. Medium body, again subtle caramel and a little late hops. Nothing wrong as such, there’s just nothing much happening whatsoever. Could pass for an American Amber perhaps. 210116
