The bolder version of Bombshell (Belgian blond brewed with De Struise). Brightly-fruited & floral; beautifully balanced with biscuity malt sweetness followed by drying hop notes of evergreen, herbs & spice. Fermented in our open fermentation vessel.

Sampled on site. Pours a clear, dark gold with some fluffy, white head. Nose is standard for a Belgian, some sweetness, some fruit, some spice. Flavor was the same, tropical fruit, clove, a little honey, some orange, a little banana, a little clove. Spicy finish. Not bad, but unremarkable.
