AROMA: medium to medium-high hop aroma (grapefruit, lime, fresh-green) with a soft neutral malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow and opaque. medium off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop flavor (grapefruit, green mango, slight lime). medium-low to low and slightly sweet malt background. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. some astringency present. OVERALL: a NEIPA with ok hop character but a bit unbalanced bitterness and some astringency.
