The Mother Yucca blooms with juicy citrus, stonefruit and ripe berry flavour layers from a hefty dry-hopping with Strata and Pacific Sunrise to complement the Citra base. A lush, thick mouthfeel cradles the fruit flavours, like the taproom yucca, mothering new shoots of flavour with every sip.

Draught keg at Hop In, Halifax. Light to mid-gold, a little hazy with a ring of white head and a lot of lacing. Notes of satsuma, orchard fruits, a touch of pine. Sweet taste, lively balance between the grounding malt and the the fruity hop. More pear and citrus. Finish is a trifle more bitter. Full body with carbonation that's heavy but doesn't steal the show. Very good.
