Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice and refreshing, with light cereal quality, moderate tartness, some straw bitterness, a little lemony tang. Light in body with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with more cereal, slight corn, lemon. Perhaps a little on the young side, but not bad overall.

On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a light, sickly yellow. Heavy lemon juice aromas, with pineapple and a pretty significant brett funk. Light citrusy sweetness, with a big, smooth tartness. Light body, acidic, and smooth. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, tart beer. The brett isn’t too aggressive, but instead leaves a smooth flavor. Nicely done!

RBWG14 Trip Rating #6. Draft at the downstairs tap room. Pours a hazy peach color with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of dry peach, peach pits, pale malts, lactic tartness, mild tannins. The taste is sweet and bitter peach, peach pits, earth, tannins, mild funk. Medium bodied, very smooth, quite nice.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a great combination light tart peach and a nice dry white wine note as well as a touch of acid. Flavor has more sweet peach with just a touch of tartness and a great dry white wine finish.
