Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice and refreshing, with light cereal quality, moderate tartness, some straw bitterness, a little lemony tang. Light in body with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with more cereal, slight corn, lemon. Perhaps a little on the young side, but not bad overall.

On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a light, sickly yellow. Heavy lemon juice aromas, with pineapple and a pretty significant brett funk. Light citrusy sweetness, with a big, smooth tartness. Light body, acidic, and smooth. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, tart beer. The brett isn’t too aggressive, but instead leaves a smooth flavor. Nicely done!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a great combination light tart peach and a nice dry white wine note as well as a touch of acid. Flavor has more sweet peach with just a touch of tartness and a great dry white wine finish.
