There are flavours you recognise. And then there are ones you don’t quite have the words for. Some Words Do Not Exist is an 8.5% DDH Hazy DIPA that lives somewhere in between.
Whirlpooled with Amarillo for a warm base of orange zest and soft florals, then dry-hopped with Nectaron and Citra for a saturated burst of peach, pineapple, mango and danky citrus.
Amarillo lays down orange peel & gentle sweetness
Nectaron brings lush peach, pineapple & tropical depth
Citra cuts through with sharp citrus & juicy lift
Soft, full, and hard to pin down, the kind of beer that makes you search for words… and come up short.

Uncharted - Some Words do not Exist 8.5%
Cloudy beige blond beer, creamy dense white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, super dank and hoppy, a bit resinous, marijuana, diesel, cheesy touch, very intense, amazing smell! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of dank hops, resinous, bitter, fruity, juicy touch, more dank hops, cheesy notes. Aftertaste: a bit sweet, fruity, juicy, very pleasant, citrus, some grapefruit, very good, I love it!
