Brewed in collaboration with the team at Audacious Monk Cellars in Preston, Victoria. The idea was born when Nathan & David got chatting about favourite styles and specifically ones that were now hard to find. Modelled on a famous Canadian brew, this beer embodies the soft hearted but rugged edged characteristics from the lumberjacks of yesteryear.

Can, the Nott (!). A lovely clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is smoky with toffee, breadcrust, light floral notes. Perhaps a little too light bodied. Lots of smoke, hints of whisky and maybe sherry too, toffee. Moderate bitterness. Nice balance. Cool beer.
