Created in collaboration with our pals at Yakima Chief Hops based out of Yakima, Washington – aka, Hop Country, USA and LaTreace Harris aka The Beery Godmother of Atlanta, Georgia.

Mashed with our tried and true west coast base of local pilsner malt and a touch of dextrin malt for a boosty bod. Intensely hopped, with some truly exciting hops products from YCH in both the kettle and fermenter. Fermented with our preferred WC yeast strain until clean and crisp and conditioned cold for beautiful clarity.

Featuring standard t90 along with massive doses of citra and mosaic cryo fresh, this west coasty is definitely focused on the hits. Combining the innovation of cryo along with frozen fresh hop technology, cryo fresh offers a new way to brew fresh hop beers. Bursting with beautiful aromatics from two of our favorite hops, the innovative hop research being done by our friends at ych is the reason we can experience this farm fresh hoppy treat in the middle of winter.
