Our Doppelbock is crafted using a blend of Vienna, Caramel Munich, and Pilsner malts. During the boil, dark Candi sugar is added to enhance the flavor profile. The result is a beautiful reddish-brown beer with a toffee-like, bready aroma. The palate is rich and malty, highlighted by a distinct sweetness. This Doppelbock remains true to its traditional style.

On tap at the Craft Grille. Pours a clear brown with a white head. Fruity molasses and toffee in the aroma. Flavors of honey biscuit, molasses, toffee, dark fruit. Sometimes doppelbocks have a weird off flavor for me, but this one is great! My favorite of the night.
