Draft at Churchkey for the The Southern Craft Brewer Night: Burial, Fonta Flora, Great Raft, Parish & Wicked Weed. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Aroma was nice tropical fruit notes. Juicy fruits. Hop character is really nice in this one.

Can in the hotel in NOLA - picked up at Stein’s. Pours clear, honey-gold with a creamy topping. The aroma has notes of peach, pale malts, tangerine, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with understated bready pale malts, restrained piney bitterness, more peach and melon, touches of citrus rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish, with further peach, ripening citrus, orange, grapefruit, melon. A respectable APA.

Draft at ChurchKey poured into a tasting snifter. Pours an amber color with a bit of off-white head. Not really much lacing if any. Aromas of floral notes, light citrus, light hops. Tasting notes of floral notes, citrus, toast, floral hops. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. I’d like a bit more to the body/mouthfeel but still a solid pale ale.
