Imperial Maple Porter
Brewed in celebration of maple weekend.
We used grade a dark maple syrup from the good people at Cole Family farms in Dayton throughout the brewing process. Layers and layers of maple goodness burst out of this beer. It’s like drinking chocolate chip buckwheat pancakes smothered in warm maple syrup.
This beer was designed to be a dessert beer for maple weekend farm style breakfasts. We have more than a dozen sugars shacks in our neighborhood and last year we had a great deal of extra visitors during that weekend. So we encourage everyone to swing through the neighborhood and get some fresh pancakes and syrup before stopping in.

8 ounce draft at the brewery. Pours a deep murky brown with fast dying mocha colored head. Flavor follows with the most subtle amount of maple underneath all of the malt character. The maple never becomes overly sweet or overwhelming . Medium bodied with a soft maple finish. Exceptionally well done! Absolutely delicious!
