Už to budou skoro čtyři roky, co jsme začali se sérií ejlů Orion. V jednotlivých várkách jsme měnili chmele, vše ostatní zůstávalo stejné. Nastal čas recept trochu poladit, aby pivo bylo i nadále moderní a hodně pitelné. Výsledek je tady. V prvním díle padla volba na naše oblíbené chmele Mosaic a Citra.

Tap at Diego. Clear golden body, off-white head. Citric and grape notes, some mediocre Citra vibes, bit herbal. Sweetish citrus candy in the taste, herbal notes, some clean maltiness, herbal bitterish finish. Kinda good but a bit too sweet.
