Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of spiced rising rye bread dough. Taste is similarly spiced and bready. Very tasty.

Another nice light farmhouse beer from these guys. O Cloudy orange with OK head and lacing. Some cider sour apple aroma with a light dose of hay. Finishes with light sourness and a little grainy bitterness. Soft carbonation. Nice texture. Tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with some sudsy white head. Nose is grassy, cheese rind, yeast, white flour, a little doughy, a little grainy. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly tart, a little lemony, some grass, some lime, a little straw, some white rice, flower petals. Crisp, dry finish. Real nice.
