APHELION RED is a 5.2% Irish Red Ale brewed in collaboration with Bullhouse Brewery from Belfast. A beer born from friendship, shared pints and the collaborative spirit between Garage Beer Co and Northern Ireland’s craft beer scene. Inspired by the classic style of the Emerald Isle, this Red Ale showcases a rich malt profile built with six different malts that deliver body, deep copper colour and notes of biscuit and roasted nuts. To give it a touch of Garage identity, Eclipse and Chinook hops are added in the whirlpool and dry hop, bringing a subtle citrusy and aromatic layer that gently modernizes the style. The result is a balanced, malt-forward and highly drinkable craft Red Ale with plenty of character.
