Like a backpacker exploring the great cities of Europe, we highlight iconic beer styles through their regional roots.
For Manchester, we wanted to showcase a traditional English style: the English IPA.
A beer where the malty backbone takes center stage, balanced by a pleasant resinous bitterness—classic, bold, and true to its origins.

Quite well done. Balanced and rounded, good bit of earthy hops, some candied citrus peel, lightly sun-kissed malty backbone, bit of pine, a suggestion of toffee. Balanced lingering bitter aftertaste. Solid.
