2400 years ago, or so, as the Hebrew people fled Egypt, it is told that they gathered food from heaven called Manna, which tasted of coriander and honey. Intrigued, we added coriander to honey, (vanilla was my idea) and made a mead. The result? A heavenly Mead of course.

750 ml waxed bottle. Aroma is honey, vanilla, coriander is there, but faint. Pours clear golden with no foam. Taste is sweet and boozy with flavors of honey, vanilla, light coriander.
